The commercial large office space and small office space landscape has become increasingly sturdy in Long Beach. According to Beacon Economics,  Long Beach Office market has seen a rise in activity in the Class B market, which is pushing up rents.  Since late 2016, Class B office lease rates have increased by 10% with an overall increase by 6%. A comparison of the Long Beach commercial office market with Orange and Los Angeles counties show that the 92% occupancy rate of Long Beach is signifiantly higher. Rents, on the other hand, are considerably lower.
